02  The situation

You built everything except your health.

A decade of work, and a physical that came back with numbers you didn't like: an A1c creeping up, triglycerides too high, a liver enzyme flagged, a blood pressure your doctor wants to watch. The advice was three words. Lose some weight. No plan, and no idea where the athlete you used to be went.

The scale is a poor scoreboard

It reads neither muscle nor metabolism. Your biomarkers and your capacity tell the real story, and those are what we move.

Three coaches, three plans

A trainer who ignores your labs. An app that ignores your training. Nobody connecting the blood work to the barbell to the long run. That job is the whole practice.

You've started over before

Keto. The couch-to-5K app. That January streak that faded in February. The gap was never information. It was a plan built around you, and someone holding the line.

03  The plan

Three steps back to athlete.

Simple on purpose. You've had enough complicated.

Book your Audit

Ninety minutes on your blood work, your training history, and your goal. You leave knowing exactly what your numbers mean and what's possible.

Get your Rebuild Roadmap

A written 12-month plan: the finish line worth chasing, the training to get there, and the nutrition your labs are asking for.

Train to your finish line

We run it together, strength and endurance week by week, and re-check your labs to prove the inside is changing too.

04  Who this is for

You, if a few of these land.

Want it easy, passive, or overnight? This is the wrong desk. Driven, and tired of starting over? Keep reading.

05  The program

The Rebuild.

A six-month transformation for the comeback athlete. One coach, one integrated system: your labs drive the nutrition, the nutrition fuels the training, and a real race gives all of it a point.

What's inside

Built around your biology and your finish line, adjusted every week.

  • Concurrent strength & endurance programming, periodized to your race
  • Nutrition programming and meal guidance matched to your training load
  • Baseline and follow-up blood work reviews to keep score
  • Regular 1:1 video check-ins and direct-message coaching
  • Physician-cleared onboarding and injury-aware progression
  • A race selection and a race-day plan from week one
The Finish Line Guarantee.

Hold up your end — log the sessions, make the check-ins, follow the nutrition — and you'll cross your goal-race finish line, or I coach you free until you do.

06  About your coach

I built this because I needed it first.

Your labs are a training program waiting to be written.

I turned 40 this past March. I spent most of my thirties building businesses and a family, and my health quietly paid the invoice the whole time. The bill came due at the worst possible moment, the way it always does.

So I did the work. From Black Friday of 2025 to my birthday I put muscle back on and got strong again. Then I slipped. Six weeks of nothing, right after the comeback, because that is what happens to busy people, and pretending otherwise is how coaches lose your trust in week three.

What pulled me back was running. I ran cross-country in high school and kept at it into my twenties, carrying one goal I never touched: a marathon. A neighbor had been running for eight months. On May 18th I laced up and joined him, coming back from a 2019 knee reconstruction and starting from zero.

Eight weeks later, on July 12th, I ran my first-ever half marathon in 1:55. Under two hours, at 40, on a program I wrote for myself and now run with my whole group. On October 18th I run the marathon. In July 2028 I take on a full Ironman.

Here is what I can't stop talking about: the hardest thing I do all day is finished by 7am, and every problem after that feels lighter for it. That is the whole pitch. I coach the comeback I'm living, for people who used to be athletes and forgot they still are. Let's write yours.

07  Questions

Before you book.

Do I need blood work to start?

Recent labs make the Audit far more powerful, and you don't need them in hand to begin. If you don't have current results, I'll show you exactly what to request from your physician, or a direct-to-consumer panel, as your first step. I review labs to educate and to coach from, and anything out of range goes back to your doctor in writing.

I haven't trained in years and I'm well out of shape. Is this safe?

That describes most people who start with me. Every client begins with a health-history screen and, where warranted, physician clearance before any endurance work. Progressing a bigger, older, been-hurt-before body without breaking it is the core skill of a strength coach, and it's where the work starts.

Is this a nutrition program or a training program?

Both, run as one system, which is the entire point. Your blood work shapes the nutrition, the nutrition fuels the training, and the training is periodized toward a real finish line. Most people juggle a trainer, a nutrition app, and whoever reads their labs. Here it is one coach and one plan.

Can you legally give me nutrition guidance?

Yes. I'm a Sports Nutritionist certified through the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and my clinical nutrition work is delivered as a Certified Nutrition Specialist candidate under the supervision of a licensed clinical nutritionist. That is more oversight than most online coaching offers.

What if I'm on a GLP-1 medication?

You're in a group I care about a great deal. GLP-1s can drop weight fast and take muscle with it. With a master's in pharmaceutical sciences behind the coaching, we protect muscle, keep protein where it belongs, and manage the training so what you keep is strength, while your physician manages the medication.

How much time does this take each week?

We build the plan around your real calendar, starting near five to seven hours a week and adjusting from there. You're busy. That's assumed, and planned for.

What does it cost?

The Metabolic Athlete Audit is a paid diagnostic, and its fee credits in full toward The Rebuild if you enroll. You'll see the exact numbers when you book, and we'll walk through what fits you on the call. This is an investment in the next decade of your health, priced like one.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Often, yes. When coaching is tied to a diagnosed condition, many clients pay with HSA/FSA dollars using a Letter of Medical Necessity. I'll point you to the simple steps to check your eligibility. Confirm specifics with your plan administrator.
